This pup will shed a negligible amount, it is however recommended for owners to groom/brush the coat at least weekly to avoid matting. Training will be enjoyable with this mix. This dog is inclined to listen to commands and obey its owner and will require fewer repetitions to obey specific instructions, pleasing owners who like to see quick results.

This dog will bark and alert its owners when an intruder is present. It is not considered to be a very protective breed. Therefore, it is unlikely to scare off intruders.

It needs regular exercise for apartment living and does not need a yard. Though this breed can handle the heat, it won’t tolerate cold climate areas.
