This breed is a charming mix between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Havanese.

The Cavanese is a toy-sized dog weighing up to 15 pounds. They are a cross between a purebred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a purebred Havanese and are sometimes referred to as a Havalier. They come in a range of colours including fawn, tan, black and white and can be bi or tricolored. Their coats are soft, and can have a wave or slight curl which will need regular grooming. They are smart, sweet dogs who are very affectionate. Despite their size they do need regular exercise and enjoy playing with toys. They are eager to please so are regarded as highly trainable and respond best to rewards and praise.
